Maybe you feel stuck in a rut because you worry about others’ expectations, struggle with indecision, or don’t know where to begin. Challenges like these can be agonizing.

Dive In.

How it works

When you start the Wayfinder mentorship, you open up space in your life for regular self-connection you open up space in your life for regular self-connection, nervous system regulation, and spirit guidance—so you begin to live your life by conscious choice.

You also get brass-tacks strategic support with your vision, intentions, and follow-through, as well as balance practices to help you ride the inevitable waves of life.

The approach is multi-pronged: we use personal inquiry and reflection, art observation, hand selected mindfulness and compassion practices from ancient lineages, IFS (Internal Family Systems) frameworks, and tools from yoga and somatic experiencing.

While it’s important to know that I am not a therapist or business coach, this work is often healing and there are many practical career applications.

What’s required of you

When I commit to working with you, I’m setting aside space in my heart, head and schedule. I don’t sign on unless I believe we’re well matched, I feel I can help, and I see your readiness to allocate the resources of time, head and heart space to achieve what you’re yearning for. Each individual works differently, so how much time you need to achieve the best results may vary, but you can expect to spend at least 2 additional hours (beyond our meeting times) of focused time per week, plus around 20 minutes a day for ongoing practices.

Who’s Leading You

Wayfinder Mentorships are one-on-one with India Clark, mindfulness mentor, creativity coach and Wayfinder Institute founder. India is not a therapist or business coach, but the work is often healing and there are many practical career applications.

The Product

“India has such a warm, welcoming, and understanding presence. She radiates love and has such a beautiful way or receiving people in the space she creates for us. I think anyone who is looking for guidance to face the deepest parts of themselves would benefit greatly from working with India.

Noga Cabo
Musical Artist

“Working with you has been one of the most formative and grounding experiences in this chapter of my life. You showed me what integrity, creativity, and generosity in leadership truly look like. The way you trust, encourage, and see potential in others has changed the way I see myself! Thank you for always believing in me, for challenging me, for giving me space to grow, and for modeling what it means to build meaningful work with our heart. I carry your wisdom and calm warmth every day. (Especially in this new job!!!). Your presence has meant more to me than I can say.”

Kerri Strumph
artist, teacher, yogi, childcare professional

“My favorite part about working with India is her present presence and openness to receive and share back what is being shared. I felt that whatever I shared was welcome in the container she created and we could extract usefulness out of whatever came up…

I have a deeper understanding of what it is that I need to explore and what relationships I need to develop currently to get to the phase of manifesting my long term vision of starting an art residency.
Not only did I walk away from our time together with increased self- trust, confidence, increased passion, and more comfort with discomfort, but also with improved communication skills and less anxiety around communication.”
